Honoured Member Jim Fleming has passed away.
Jim's name is synonymous with soccer. He has served in senior executive positions with the Edmonton Referees' Association, Alberta Soccer Association, and Canadian Soccer Association. He was the first Canadian to be elected to the FIFA Technical Committee (the World governing body) and also the CONCACAF (the governing body in North and Central America under FIFA) Rules and Regulations Commission and Executive Committee. He was inducted in 1987 as a Soccer Builder.
