Wrap up your season, or kick off a new one, with an action-packed team celebration that your players will never forget!

Your booking includes exclusive use of the Sutter Fund Party Room, full museum admission, and access to ALL interactive games and galleries. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV, PlayStation 4, bar fridge with freezer, and flexible seating that can be arranged to fit teams of all sizes.
​
You'll also receive a dedicated team host to support your event from start to finish.

Team Party Details

Up to 30 people — $175.00
Duration: 2.5 hours
Available times:
• 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

After-hours parties are available for an additional fee—please call 403‑341‑8614 to book.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations with full refund are available up to 72 hours in advance; after that, a $50 admin fee applies.
A confirmation email with important details will be sent once your booking is complete.

Details About Your Party
Party Prep:

You are welcome to bring decorations, table cloths, and balloons (tied securely to weights).

Feel free to bring in food, snacks, and drinks. Please supply your own plates, napkins, and utensils. There is no water fountain on site, however there is a place to refill water bottles.

Feel free to ask your team to wear clothes that they can climb, kick, and play in. During rainy or winter weather, dry indoor shoes are encouraged.

Tables and chairs are included (seat up to 30 people in the Sutter Fund Party Room). Ask us about large party rentals if you're concerned about seating your party.

Adult supervision is required at all times, in the party space, the lobby area, and throughout the museum.

Your party will have a designated staff member (or two) who can help you keep the games running smoothly and your party rolling.

Please be mindful of the time of your party:

It is very important to keep your party between the hours you have booked as we may have other groups or activities booked immediately prior or following your group.

Within your booking, your group is responsible for setup, decorating, clean up, and take down for your party. We ask that you return the space to how you found it. A broom and some cleaning supplies will be available to use.

Please indicate to your guests to arrive no sooner than the booked time and to arrange for pickup within the times of your booking.

For a flat rate of $125 for up to 30 people, your team will enjoy full access to all exhibits and interactive games throughout the museum. It’s the perfect way to keep players engaged, burn off extra energy, and enjoy a team-bonding experience during downtime.
Additional guests beyond 30 are just $5 per person.
